As we wind down 2020, the RefWorks team would like to wish a safe and Happy New Year.  Although 2020 certainly had it challenges, your Refworks team stayed focused on providing you and your users new and improved features, resources and support materials.  In this newsletter we have highlighted the most significant updates and resources from 2020 and included details about our next webinar where the 2021 roadmap will be presented.
