RefWorks recently made improvements to the sharing feature, enhancing the ability for collaboration. Shared folders from other users are now view-able directly in your RefWorks account, just like your own folders that you've created. The shared folders are visible in the Quick Access Bar, and a sharing icon distinguishes the shared folders from all your other folders.
