Update: ProQuest for Word Release

We are pleased to announce the release of a new version of Write-N-Cite (Windows versions 4.3.1217 and Mac versions 4.3.1203) called ProQuest for Word.  ProQuest for Word allows users to:

Update: RefWorks "Go to Page" Feature

At the request of users, RefWorks has added a “go to page” feature to simplify the process of sorting through references. Now users have the ability to quickly jump to a specific page, and they no longer have to scroll through numerous pages when searching for references in their personal library. Simply type a page number in the box provided (e.g. page 217 seen below), and you can go directly to the page you need to view. …

Update: RefWorks Group Code

As of December 9th, 2013 RefWorks users will no longer be required to enter a group code when logging in to their RefWorks account(s) off-campus or outside of their institutional IP range.  This improvement comes at the request of numerous RefWorks users and administrators and serves to simplify the RefWorks login process.  There are several cases where the group code will still be needed, either temporarily or permanently:

New Release: Write-N-Cite 4 for WIndows

RefWorks is pleased to announce the release of the latest version of Write-N-Cite 4 for Windows. This version is compatible with locally installed versions of Word 2013, and it resolves numerous past issues.

New RefWorks Sharing Features

RefWorks recently made improvements to the sharing feature, enhancing the ability for collaboration. Shared folders from other users are now view-able directly in your RefWorks account, just like your own folders that you've created. The shared folders are visible in the Quick Access Bar, and a sharing icon distinguishes the shared folders from all your other folders.
