Several RW users are reporting troubles with Write N Cite. They have Word 2016, Windows NT Pro, and installed WnC version 4.5.1682 on it.
They can see the RefWorks tab in the ribbon and click on the tab. They can login to her RefWorks account by clicking the log in button on the ribbon. The problem is that they cannot use the Insert New option to launch the insert/edit citation box. No Insert/Edit Citation box displays, they cannot access references by folder or view or search for a specific reference.
Any else dealing with this issue?
