Hi!

We have an user that are trying to create a bibliography after adding references in her MS Word document with Write-N-Cite 4, however all she recieves is this error message: {ADDIN RW.BIB}. I tried to help her reinstall the program (downloaded latest version), remove the references and add them againg, try to insert them in a new documents nothing works. She is using Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Word 2010. Anyone has similar experience? Would be grateful for some suggestions Iam out of ideas.

Best regards

Hi Everyone,

That is not an error, it appears that the field coding for this document has been turned on. What these field codes show is where the in text citation and the bibliography has been placed. To turn off this view of field coding in Word go to  File, Options, Advanced. Under Show document content deselect Show field codes instead of their values. Select okay and you will be set.
