I'm playing around with the new RefWorks in preparation to rolling it out to my community. I downloaded the 64bit Windows installer and ran it successfully. But when I go into Word I don't see RefWorks in my header bar as illustrated on the Tools page. I do see a RefWorks Write-N-Cite link under Add-Ins, but I get a Microsoft Visual Basic pop-up saying "Run-time error '5'" when I click on it.

Any thoughts on what the problem might be?

Thanks!

I was able to successfully install Write-N-Cite onto a spare laptop I had around. Could the problem be because I've got Word plugins for EndNote and Mendeley also installed? I imagine they could interfere with each other.
