Dear Administrators,

The RefWorks Flow product management team is very interested in getting your feedback on the future development needs of the RefWorks Flow product line. In the past few years there has been a paradigm shift from gathering citation information to working with full text. We are looking for your insight, experience and thoughts about this topic as well as any feedback along these lines that you would like to share with us.

Some example questions would be; What features do you and your users need with citation/full text management? What are you hearing from your users about the services RefWorks Flow provides now? What do you like about our competitor products? What can we do to better serve you and your client base?

If you are interested in talking with the senior management team please feel free to send us an email so we can set up some time. Just send an email to and we will set up a meeting at your earliest convenience. We are currently looking to schedule these brief meetings for the week of October 7th and beyond.

We look forward to hearing from you and are very grateful for your use, support and guidance of RefWorks Flow. Thank you.
