unable to run Refworks Add in for Word
I received a Windows 10 laptop at work; and at my request they installed Office 32-bit; with Word 2016 on it - the same I had before.
And now I can't run the Refworks Add in. I get the error message that the Add-in can't run in the version of Office you have installed.
Any help?
