I see that Flow has been already integrated into Summon http://media2.proquest.com/documents/D4277-Summon-Flow-Datasheet.pdf

But I am not sure how to connect these two services? Is it necessary to create a personal user account in Summon? Where can I find more details and instructions?

Hi Jana,

Take a look at this video. This service is only available via Summon 2.0. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e0JBiAlvmy0&feature=youtu.be

Hello Christine,

thanks for the link to the video! I received a message from sales in the meantime - this feature is not available for all Summon sites yet.In that case the video and leaflet are a little bit confusing..

Correct, the libraries have to upgrade to Summon 2.0 in order to get this functionality.

Hi Christine,

are you sure that Flow integration is already available to all Summon 2.0 customers around the world? Is there any documentation available?

I followed a webinar on this topic this week. There will be an update on Monday July 14 and after that update the integration will be available.

Kind regards,
Judith Gulpers

Hello Judith, great, that's very helpful information, thanks a lot! Jana
