A user has reported getting a 404 error when trying to access a folder after sharing. Any thoughts on why that might happen and how to fix it?

Here's her detailed description of the event:

"I created a folder, I them clicked on the icon on the right side (following the instructions in the help section for sharing) to add a share. I then emailed the "share" to myself which was the link for the folder. When I did this the first time it worked, but the second time I click on the link it gave me the "error 404 not found" . I also tried several times to remove the share and redo it, but got the same error."

Thanks for your help!
