I'm doing a series of workshops on RefWorks and seeing some odd behavior with the Import References pop up window.  In the image below, there are three options.  Occasionally, the middle option, to EDIT, is missing.  Might happen more often in Safari, but also occurred with FireFox.

Suggestions?

I always get students to just click on 'view last imported folder' at the bottom instead as that always seem to show, rather than use the three links above.  Then they see their reference in their chosen customised style and and edit if needed using the pencil icon.  Just a thought and an alternative way around?

Thanks, yes that option is still open.

I'm still bothered that what I'm showing on the big screen does not match what the student has on their screen, and I like showing them that they can add the reference to a chosen folder immediately rather than moving it from 'last imported' later.

The inconsistency does not inspire confidence in the audience ...

Agree, but another thought, does it depend if you've used the customised setting on your account and changed something in here?  Maybe altered electronic fields etc. which makes the edit imported reference link show, otherwise if the account is not customised, it doesn't? That might be worth a try - perhaps why you see and students don't?
