Hi, please could this be looked at - it appears that some users are receiving alerts for new postings, but not to replies to postings which is a bit of an issue.
I've also had reports of two users not receiving anything.
I occasionally get new post alerts (one only) but not others and have checked here and IT are not blocking these emails.
How can we get emails about replies to posts and also confirmation that we are receiving emails of all new postings?
Thank you

Hello Hannah,
Users are able to follow responses to the original conversation. However, when users click "reply" under a another person's comment, they are replying to that specific comment and NOT the original conversation.
I will try to point this out in our next communication to the all Admins, as I understand it can be misleading. In addition, I can contact Ning support and see if there is a way to include the ability to follow other people's comments, and not just responses to the original conversation. Let me know if you need anything else. Thanks.

That is very helpful, thank you Devin - I have had an email alert from you on this so am now replying to the general discussion rather than to your comment personally - I will communicate this to the UK usergroup. Yes please, if you could ask ning about receiving alerts for replies to comments too that would be great. Thank you.
