My users are reporting export failures from JSTOR and Ebsco today, which I've verified.You hit the Export link, RefWorks opens up in a new tab, it churns a little and the usual import popup has a message saying "Import failed." ... I just tried JSTOR again and it worked, then again and another failure.
Anyone else seeing this or just us?
We received reports that the Direct Export and Bibliography creation features are not functioning properly in RefWorks. Our Development team has reported that these issues have been corrected and everything is now working again. I would for your to try clearing the internet browser cache of cookies, history, and other temporary internet files and restarting the browser.
