I have noticed a problem when working with students who are importing information from Education Source (Ebsco).

The author information is coming through with a number at the end (so if there are 6 authors, the numbers are 1-6) - like this: Huskin, Patricia R.

Hartel,R.W.1; Iwaoka,W.T.2

I don't remember seeing this happen in the past, and its not happening in other Ebsco databases. The only advice I have been able to give students thus far is to hand edit each entry (which has not been met with a lot of joy).   Does anyone have any tips for coming up with a way to strip this type of anomaly out when it happens?  I haven't been able to find a way to do so.
