Hi, I have just noticed that the APA 6th edition style seems to have changed and is now showing the abstract for all books and journals? I have teaching with first year psychology students tomorrow and Thursday and Friday and this is going to be a disaster for them – please can you confirm why/when this change was made and if it is a mistake or is staying? I have also asked email RefWorks support. I'm exporting from EBSCO Psycarticles databases and our library catalogue, primo.
Thanks,
Hannah

When I look at the list of reference styles, I see 4 different APA 6th styles: two APA 6th - Annotated, and two APA 6th (regular). One of each has no Title Case changes applied. With so many to choose from, perhaps your account has an APA 6th - Annotated with Abstracts style selected, instead?
So far, my bibliography using the (non-annotated) APA 6th - American Psychological Association 6th edition is still generating without abstracts.
This has now been resolved by the RefWorks team as it was a style error. Thanks anyway :-)
